Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Paw Routine Lab (pawroutinelab.online) collects and how it is used. It describes how the site actually works today.
Summary
- We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or social media embeds.
- The contact form collects the name, email address, topic and message you submit.
- A short session cookie is used only to protect that form from cross-site request forgery.
- The pet routine planner stores data in your browser with local storage and does not send pet details to us.
- Our hosting and network providers keep standard technical logs.
Server and network logs
Like virtually all websites, our web server and our network and security provider (Cloudflare) automatically process technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, prevent abuse and diagnose problems. We do not use these logs to build marketing profiles of visitors or sell them. Logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes. Cloudflare's handling of data is described in the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Cookies and sessions
Paw Routine Lab does not set advertising or analytics cookies. When you load the contact page, the site may start a session and set a session cookie so the form can check a security token when you submit it. That cookie is not used to track you across other sites. Because we do not use optional analytics or advertising cookies, the site does not show a marketing cookie banner. If we add such cookies later, we will update this policy and request consent where required.
Contact form
If you submit the contact form or email [email protected], we receive your name, email address, chosen topic and message. We use that information only to read and, where appropriate, reply. We do not add you to a mailing list or sell your details. A hidden field is included to discourage automated spam. The form is rate-limited. If the server cannot send email, a copy of your message may be stored in a private log so the site operator can review it. You can also write to us directly by email.
The planner
The Daily Pet Routine Planner runs in your browser. Activities, pet names and times you enter are saved with local storage on your device so the list is there if you return. That information is not transmitted to Paw Routine Lab as part of using the planner. Clearing your browser storage deletes it.

Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, including certain US states, you may have rights to request access to or deletion of personal information. The most relevant item is usually a message you have sent us. Contact [email protected] to make a request.
Changes
If our practices change, for example if we add analytics or advertising tags, we will update this page and the date above before those changes take effect.
